Judith Nelson 1896-1971

Funeral services for Mrs. Selmer Nelson, 75, who died at the Greensview Nursing Home December 3, were held at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at Clearbrook on Tuesday. Rev. Richard Larson officiated with burial in the Greenwood Cemetery, north of Clearbrook, under the direction of the Cease Funeral Home of Bagley.
Judith C. Christianson was born at Reynolds, North Dakota, June 6, 1896, and moved that year with her parents to Greenwood Township, north of Clearbrook. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, the Ladies Aid, and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband; two sons Merle of Yankton, South Dakota and Lyle of Severna Park, Maryland; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. Selma Ness of Boise, Idaho, and Mrs. Myrtle Gustafson of Gonvick; and a brother, Arnold Christianson of Bemidji. [1]
