- Milo P. Olson, of Waukesha, died on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 85. He was born in Milwaukee on December 12, 1929 the son of Hjalmer and Anna (nee Larsen) Olson. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Milo retired to the serenity and quietness of Post Lake where he enjoyed his family coming to visit. He was an avid sports fan and loved his family more than anything. Milo will always be remembered for his quiet and gentle manner and as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He will be deeply missed by his sons. He was the dear grandfather and great-grandfather. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Barbara (nee Olsheske) in 1974, his second wife Muriel (nee Johnston, formerly Ahlmann) Olson in 2013, and his siblings, Harriet (Bob) Bishop, Art (Betty) Olson, Betty (Verwin) Flora and Helen (Dick) Schieble.
Burial with full military honors will take place at Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin. [3]
